PsiberTech Upgrades To Angular 2

" Change is Hard at first, Messy in the middle and Gorgeous at the end " - Robin Sharma
After possessing an extensive experience on Angular JS, Our CTO at PsiberTech Solutions has decided to upgrade to its successor Angular 2. So now our developers utilize the optimum features of Angular 2 to produce the best output.

  • Angular 2 is mobile supportive. This would be a very big thing in application development when compared to Angular 1.
  • The combination of Angular 2 with Typescript provides a big opportunity in User Interface design and development.
  • The major hurdle while coding in Angular 1 was using $scope which Angular 2 is no more using to glue view and controller.
  • Angular2 is looking better and more in line with HTML. The declarative nature of Angular 2 makes it much clearer.
  • Another significant change in Angular 2 is Injectors. Child injectors is new thing in Angular 2.
  • Angular 2 has only Component, Decorator and Template directive thus reducing the confusion among the bunch of directives in Angular 1.
  • JSON based Route configuration is more easy to edit.

Angular 2 is definitely a big boon to the custom software development companies like PsiberTech Solutions, that follows Agile methodology. This has been just the beginning of a long journey. If it predicts anything for the future, it should be an overall enjoyable experience.

Thank you for dropping by.  Perhaps you may like to take a look into the "Development lessons from Pokemon Go" article from our blog" . Have a great day!

Leadership Lessons From Indian Festivel Dussehra

Dussehra is a Hindu festival that is celebrated all over India. Dussehra celebrates the Hindu god Rama's victory over the demon king Ravana and the triumph of good over evil. The name signifies 'Dus' in hindi means ten and 'hara' means remove i.e removal of ten heads of Ravana. This could be interpreted as removal of ten negative aspects of a person's character. We draw inferences from such mythical stories to apply in our daily life.  The following are the 10 negative aspects that should be removed to be a better leader in this corporate world.

Distraction:
A leader who gets easily distracted achieves nothing. Leader needs focus and he doesn't stop until the goal is achieved.

Arrogance:
Every single living being possess its importance in its own way and there is a huge difference between Self Confidence and Self Importance. A good leader earns respect by actions and not by arrogance.

Selfishness:
A good leader knows how to share and collaborate to find mutually beneficial opportunities.

Shyness:
A leader is never shy to share his thoughts, ask for his needs and demand for his rights

Ego:
A leader should never take things too personally and take actions driven by his ego.

Jealousy:
A leader knows how to receive what he deserves and feels happy for those who receive more.

Messiness:
A good leader always keeps it clean be it in mind or work place.

Laziness:
A good leader knows that laziness is infectious. There is no room to stay lazy or procrastinating things when working with such leaders.

Pessimism:
One of the most important quality of a leader is to stay optimistic even during the darkest times. Pessimism helps none.

Cynicism:
Trusting people while deliberating is essential to success of the team and that of organisation. A good leader never gives into cynicism.

Wishing all readers Happy Dussehra!
